A healthcare provider login to the system to be on call. a patient log in the system to ask for heathcare assistance, select the doctor. see his position in the doctor waiting list and the expected time for the doctor to arrive. The HC provide get route from googlemap to the patient location. The HC provider use OpenXC to read the car information and change the patient or the government for the proper fuel consumption.
