mEco advocates equity by supporting marginalized communities and improving environmental sustainability. Through collaboration, mEco –– minority entrepreneur community –– routes users to local BIPOC-owned businesses and communities. We provide minority small-business owners with resources and sustainable alternatives that they need to be eco-friendly. Our iOS app hosts a location-tracking map to display nearby user-registered businesses and provides accompanying environmental guidelines for entrepreneurs and personal homes. We offer links to external community guidance to learn more about environmental racism and how current crises disproportionately affect minorities.
