An App for simplifying collg canteen orders

Inspiration

Long queue at the token and food counter of the college canteen made us wonder if all this work could be simplified.

What it does

Simplifies Ordering from Canteen. Instead of going to the counter and buying tokens, you can simply place your order from the website/app wherein the entire menu of the canteen is already loaded. You can add you favorite dishes to the cart and checkout.

What's next for MechFood

Implementing on a larger scale, which includes other restaurants, other colleges' canteens, etc. and developing a full scale app which includes API for seller side as well. Also, a login portal can be made for website using facebook or google, and thus you can also access your past history and confirmation of order from the seller. Also, barcode processing can be included to further simplify the order process.
