Meaningful

Inspiration

Debbie was inspired by the book, "Man's Search for Meaning" by Viktor Frankl Sara was just happy to be here.

What it does

Saves data input by the user about what they did that day. Tasks can be called anything, they are sorted by categories via a drop down menu. The app takes this information to give the users insights about how they're spending their time.

How we built it

There was an attempt to build it in React Native. Sara made the prototype in Figma, with some guidance from Debbie when it came to interactions.

Challenges we ran into

Dates. The app was working yesterday, but the date changing to the 24th seemed to break it?

Accomplishments that we're proud of

Giving it a shot, even though the prospect of turning in something imperfect is scary!

What we learned

Sara learned a little about syntax in React Native when she tried to change colors in the app. Debbie learned that React Native is hard, but became more familiar with it.
