Inspiration

you know when you see a juicy piece of text on the reddit app but the reddit mobile app doesn't support copy pasting you would have to open the link in google or take out your laptop just to copy paste it what if you want to uwuify it? you have to open another link what if you want to emojifypasta it? you have to google and find a way what a troublesome way to create copypastas, a fuel for so many people's genuine guffaws until now...

What it does

it can accept an image and convert any words it detect into text it can accept any text and uwuify it, making your copy pasta more entertaining it can accept any text and emojify it, making your copy pasta even cringier (still a WIP)

How we built it

using pytesseract to interact with the tesseract ocr binary in order to read images built into a telegram bot

Challenges we ran into

had to understand how to utilize the pytesseract API as well as how to create a telegram bot
