What it does

MDC Grant Proposal Assistant is an AI-powered tool designed to streamline the grant proposal writing process for students, faculty, and staff. By automating the extraction of key information from Request for Proposals (RFPs) and generating comprehensive draft proposals, the tool significantly reduces the time and effort needed to apply for grants.

How we built it

We developed the MDC Grant Proposal Assistant using state-of-the-art AI technology and natural language processing algorithms. The tool processes the RFP documents, extracts relevant information, and intelligently populates proposal templates. We integrated this system with Google AI Studio to optimize performance and adaptability to various proposal types.

Challenges we ran into

Creating a tool capable of understanding and interpreting the complex language and structure of RFPs presented a significant challenge.
