People are complex. Yet in 2025, hiring still relies on outdated, often AI-generated CVs. Applying feels high-effort for employed individuals, while companies spend heavily on testing and screening. Both sides lose. We saw a better way.
What it does
Clarvo combines personality, values, and career goals into a full picture of talent. MCP for Hiring lets tech teams find and reach out to candidates directly from Cursor.
How we built it
We built MCP using Groq for inference, Arize for tracking and evaluation, and RAG to return top candidates. All actions search, match, outreach happen in dev workflows.
Challenges we ran into
Building a smooth user flow inside an IDE while integrating inference, evaluation, and retrieval was complex. Real-time performance was key.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
We connected 7,500+ candidate profiles to a usable, dev-native search tool. Hiring now happens where the work does.
What we learned
Dev-first experiences are the future. Making hiring native to coding environments increases adoption and lowers friction.
What's next for MCP for Hiring
Next: more integrations, global candidate support, and deeper personalization. We’re scaling hiring beyond borders fast.
