Inspiration
The inspiration behind this project came from the need to create a streamlined platform for quick and accurate triage assessment in healthcare settings.
What it does
The project allows users to input medical data, calculate their triage level, and receive guidance on their urgency for medical attention. It also stores past reports for easy access and downloading.
How we built it
I built this using React for the frontend and Firebase for authentication, ensuring real-time data processing and secure user login.## Challenges we ran into The main challenge was integrating real-time features like report generation and ensuring smooth user navigation between the triage and dashboard functionalities.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
I’m proud of creating a fully functional triage system and implementing a secure report storage and download feature. I also developed the entire project solo.## What we learned I learned how to integrate Firebase authentication, handle data securely, and manage the logic for triage scoring and medical guidance.
What's next for McHacks 2025 IFEM
Next, I plan to optimize the system for faster performance and explore advanced features like AI-assisted triage recommendations and real-time data visualization
