Inspiration

For years in HR and recruitment, I faced a frustrating reality—there was no tool that could intelligently parse a CV, match candidates with roles efficiently, or streamline the hiring process in a truly meaningful way. The struggle of sifting through endless applications manually was an undeniable bottleneck.

When I transitioned careers six years ago, the idea of building an AI-driven ATS never left the back of my mind. I knew that with the right technology, recruiters could be freed from the time-consuming burden of tedious CV reviews, allowing them to focus on the human element of hiring—engaging top talent and making strategic decisions.

With Agentforce, the missing piece finally fell into place. Now, CV parsing and analysis are no longer just automated—they're intelligent. Candidates are matched based on deep insights, AI-powered conversations provide pre-screening at scale, and recruiters get the clarity they need instantly. What once felt like an impossible challenge is now a reality. This is the future of hiring.

What it does

Not only does it Parse CV's but also very intelligently Analizes and matching the applicant to the Job they applied for. Also Having an Agentforce agent interview the Applicant to get some of the more "mundane" questions out of the way

How we built it

I used Datacloud to chunk the CV in a Unstructured Data Lake Object, and program an Agent to analyze the CV. I also created a unch of Prompts and flows to get the wordinging right

Challenges we ran into

Getting the parsing correct was very tricky initially and i spent quite a lot of time to figure it out

Accomplishments that we're proud of

I haven't seen a tool that can intelligently parse and analyze CV's than what I have built, this truily has the potential to add a tremendous amount of value

Hopefully some one will be interested and we can package it to sell, possibly present at functions like World Tour or Dreamforce
