Inspiration
For the past 14 years, my goal has been to help grow companies that help the world. With the development of artificial intelligence, I saw an opportunity to scale impact and benefits for over a million companies.
What it does
Surgical Diagnosis: The user enters the "Starting World" and generates a radial map of their company's organizational maturity across 11 key areas:
- Strategic Direction
- Finance
- Marketing and Sales
- Customer Service
- Regulatory Compliance
- Operations
- Knowledge Digitization
- Ecosystem Partnerships
- Socio-environmental Focus
- Human Capital
- Culture Based on this assessment, weekly challenges are generated using the Scrum methodology, supported by "Corp-Ai-Lots" (AI agents).
Gamified Navigation: The company progresses through 5 Worlds (Strategy, Money, Customer, Regulatory, and Operations), implementing a socio-environmental strategic plan to achieve its goals with the support of an AI squad and human mentors.
Capital Unlocking: The platform identifies opportunities and prepares the company to apply for non-repayable grants and funding from social investors.
B2B Shielding and Scalability: Through human mentors, on-demand specialist interventions, and a B2B sales channel, we guide the SME toward obtaining MBE Corp Certification, opening doors for them to become a supplier for major AAA companies.
How we built it
Orchestrating and directing Gemini, Claude Cowork, OpenCode, Qwen Studio, for different tasks. I used to tell the system what I wanted; the software would handle the programming while I managed the deployments and immediately tested the results. If it was right, I’d move on to the next step; if not, I’d tweak it until I had something that truly excited me. First the functionality of each component, then the UI, and finally the UX.
Challenges we ran into
When an application ran out of tokens, we would switch to another one or stop working for the time being, since the task was left halfway through a change and it was risky to continue it in a different application.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
We have a web app that we started on July 10 and launched on August 15—just one month of development without prior coding knowledge—resulting in a highly functional and beautifully designed product. We included tools such as a strategic objectives feature that determines your break-even point and calculates the revenue target needed to achieve your profit goal. A strategic planning process that—without the tool—would take 16 hours can now be completed in a maximum of 20 minutes. A maturity assessment based on national quality awards, featuring tasks tracked using the Agile methodology. A free, regularly updated search tool for SDG-related calls for proposals. A mentorship meeting methodology integrated directly into the app. The first "reference place" (distinct from a marketplace) where you can request referrals and apply to engage with large companies that are already serving members of the community. A certification validated by the community itself. World-class tools made accessible to micro and small enterprises—businesses that otherwise wouldn't have access to them—enabling them to focus on contributing to society and the environment to create a positive global impact.
What we learned
We learned that, first, you have to know how things are done and how they work; that way, you can explain them to the AI in the best possible way. Only then do you worry about making it look good. And finally, ensuring the user experience leaves people satisfied and amazed. And ultimately, aiming for economies of scale—because if your project can change the world, it needs to impact a vast number of people. So, we focus more on reaching a million companies than on making a million dollars. The latter will be a consequence of the former. So, we are competing to provide a solution that is good, attractive, and affordable.
What's next for MBE Corp-Ai-Lot
We offer a vast array of tools, including 150 world-class practices that we will continue to add—at a rate of at least one per month across our various categories—to better support our users. Our primary goal is to support entrepreneurs who wish to make a socio-environmental impact. We do this by having our mentors work directly with their companies to produce high-impact deliverables that ensure growth. This builds trust among social investors, who can rely on MBE Corp-Ai-Lot as the tool that safeguards the funds they are dedicating to global change. Ultimately, we aim to help our users scale their reach to a million people, because any company striving to change the world deserves the opportunity to succeed.
