Inspiration
During a covid we have seen people struggling with food , medicine few other things and that made us to work on solution which can help them out.
What it does
It allows NGO or any organizer to reach out to the vulnerable population during difficult time. And also helps minority community in taking support from the providers.
How I built it
It has three technical components. IVR Flow, Twilio API and Google Cloud API. Provider can define there IVR flow in csv file, which will be used by the Twilio to talk and take inputs from users. Google cloud APIs were used with the Twilio to convert the text to the any of the language chosen by the user.
Challenges I ran into
Parsing IVR flow to the proper format for Twilio.
