Inspiration
The inspiration came from seeing local businesses in São Paulo struggle to manage digital transformations. We wanted to see if the world’s most advanced AI could be turned into a "Digital Partner" for the local shop owner.
What it does
MatrixBinaria is an AI-driven service layer that automates customer interaction, data analysis, and service scheduling for SMEs using the Gemini 1.5 Pro model.
How we built it
Built using Python, React, and the Google AI SDK. We focused heavily on the Multimodal Live API to create a hands-free interface for busy business owners.
Chlallenges & Lessons Learned
The primary challenge was managing low-latency responses over WebSockets in varying network conditions. We learned that Gemini 1.5 Flash is an incredible asset for high-speed tasks, while Pro handles the deep analytical work.
What's next
Scaling the "MatrixBinaria Core" to a SaaS model that can support thousands of Brazilian small businesses simultaneously.
