Matrix Operations Library for Julia

We wanted to gain some new knowledge coming into the hack-a-thon event. Julia seemed like a great option, as its a newer language, and has some interesting implementation. We then used our mathematical, and algorithmic backgrounds to produce matrix operations, combining the two into what we thought was our perfect idea for a project at HackIllinois2020

I took a lot of the time to learn the language. Understand how matrices worked within the code, and the syntax itself. I also did a majority of the testing of the functions, and created and aided a lot in the individual functions for the project, as well as, as much as I could for the algorithms I didn't quite understand.

Julia seems like a strange language, but it was interesting to learn.

Brendan Walsh
First time learning Julia, a very interesting mix of different concepts from various languages, like the idea of indices starting with 1 instead of 0.

Worked on the scalar mulitplication function as well as some testing of other functions.

Michael Moran
As the resident person who has taken a linear algebra class, I was responsible for writing the more complicated algorithms, like determinant and inverse, as well as implementing these functions.
