Inspiration

I like Lisp. I don't like MATLAB. Maybe I can make myself like MATLAB. I thought of this on the toilet, where all great ideas come from.

What it does

It's Lisp. But it's in MATLAB. Is this a good idea? Probably not. But nobody ever claimed it was.

How we built it

Blood, sweat, tears, and a dash of black magic.

Not to give into intrusive thoughts, especially those involving MATLAB.

What's next for MATLisp

• Making the semantics better i.e. hiding MATLAB semantics where possible
• Self-hosting i.e. write the MATLisp interpreter in MATLisp
