Inspiration

Cool Math Games. the place where we actually learned math as a child instead of those GoMath! textbooks we got for free. Math games are engaging and educational, and in a world where the internet is constantly hunting for kids' attention, putting their attention to their own benefit is highly valuable.

What it does

Math Fun!! enhances your understanding of mathematics and elevates your problem-solving skills. This program is one of a kind, never seen before, math game. This program makes math fun and engaging for students old and young.

How we built it

We used Java to code an algorithm to generate random questions, and Unity to create a demo for how our game would be structured.

Challenges we ran into

Well, time is always a constraint: having a 24-hour time limit in a space where we are interrupted by commute, sleep, food, and workshops makes that number much smaller than it seems. In addition, we were not very familiar with Unity, as well as Java Swing, so, therefore, it took a while to get our footing and get started.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We created two working products.

What we learned

It is much more beneficial to have a clear outline of what to do than to jump immediately into the project.

What's next for Math game!

The project would actually be able to get out of Java and move into Unity, which can become an actual game with different difficulties and more stages.
