Smart matching engine that connects material producers with compatible consumers based on quantity, composition, and location
Every year, industries generate enormous amounts of material that gets treated as waste simply because the right company isn't connected to it.
MaterialFlow changes that.
We are building an intelligent industrial material exchange network that connects companies generating material waste with companies that can use those materials as inputs.
A factory can list something as simple as 2.4 tones of textile scraps per month. MaterialFlow creates a structured material fingerprint, analyzes its composition and contamination, and searches the network for compatible consumers.
Our deterministic matching engine ranks potential matches based on material compatibility, quantity, quality, geographic distance, economic feasibility, and environmental feasibility.
Then, instead of stopping at a recommendation, MaterialFlow maps the physical route, estimates logistics, and allows the companies to propose, accept, and complete an actual material exchange.
Once the exchange is completed, the platform records the material reused and measures the resulting network impact. So MaterialFlow turns: Waste → Intelligence → Match → Logistics → Exchange → Reuse. Our vision is simple: Don't ask how much waste an industry produces. Ask where that material can go next.
