To allure customers to visit back again, the potential customers must sucessfully complete the purchase. With that, our primary focus was to provide the best experiences for the customer "Not After" but before the purchase, and thus we chose the "path to purchase". We noticed that Sears offered "Price Match Guarantee" and that kept us moving. In addition, we conclude that in general Sears online products' price was bit higher than the other competetiors; however, with the @InstantPriceMatch, the customer will have best purchase experience with excellent reward point system provided by @ShopYourway.
