Inspiration
As the founder and CEO of the award-winning global platform Women in Blockchain Talks (WiBT), I often hear the same thing: people from all walks of life want to learn more about Web3, but they feel overwhelmed, confused, or simply don’t know where to begin. The jargon, the speed of change, and the sense of exclusivity can be intimidating.
I was inspired to create Master the Future of Web3 as a way for those in the space and newcomers to get a daily dose of learning in different formats - video, text, audio - and in snippets.
Because of WiBT's position and longevity in the Blockchain space, we have accrued a lot of content that can be distilled into short, succinct content delivered via mobile or website, turning Web3 discovery into a fun but professional and bespoke learning experience.
This makes the web3 space more accessible and helps users continue their journey in a time-efficient and fluid way. This app, of course, leads from the quiz Web3 Me!, and into WiBT community and of course, De3PA – Web3 Personal Assistant, once again, creating a full ecosystem of self-development, training, upskilling and empowerment.
What I Learned
The idea from this project started from a bible app I use and receive notifications from on a daily basis. It is in a app format, so when I started planning this project, I presented it as a website with a mobile app functionality to Chat GPT. What resulted was Bolt presenting it as an app which I had to download EXPO to view. This is not what I wanted so I had recreate the whole project again and remove all mention of a mobile app.
So, what I learned was keep it super simple and build on the first iteration.
How I Built It
I began by exploring the concept in ChatGPT, and I brought the code into Bolt.new— For this project integrated *Supabse so that users can track their process and development. I also implemented the project with languages to give it a more inclusive feel.
Challenges I Faced
As stated above.
Final Thoughts
Again, inclusion and diversity are not just themes—they are principles that shape how I build. Every decision I make with my projects are guided by the question: “How can we include the many, not just the few?” This learning app is the home/library of self-learning after stepping through the a doorway after the quiz. I’m excited to see it evolve as part of the broader WiBT platform—and to watch it become a starting point for countless future builders, creators, and change-makers in the Web3 space.
