Inspiration
As a college student, my interest in the stock market grew, but I struggled to determine the safety of my potential investments. This led me to create software that analyzes the stock and informs users of its risk level, making investment decisions easier and more informed.
What it does
The project is designed to provide beginner investors with a comprehensive analysis of various stocks. With this project, you'll have access to data that helps you determine whether a stock is safe or risky for investment. The software uses advanced algorithms to analyze data from the stock market, including price and closing price history, to provide you with an informed investment decision.
In addition to providing you with a risk assessment of stocks, the project also includes charts that display the stock's price and closing price history. This will give you a visual representation of the stock's performance over time and help you understand the market trends. The charts are easy to understand, even for those new to investing.
How we built it
I utilized the power of Python and JavaScript libraries to gather real-time stock data and calculate the stock's return ratio. The calculation was based on the mean yearly returns and yearly standard deviation. To present this information, I created a website using the Wix platform."

Building and integrating database libraries proved to be a challenging task.

I am proud of the software that I created. Although it was my first time using databases, I am pleased with how well it turned out.

My goal is to transform the software into a user-friendly website or app, so that people can easily use it and potentially generate profits.
