Small businesses do not have dedicated resources for market intelligence and customer satisfaction. Yet there is so much social media data out there on the web that can be turned into actionable data for better decision-making. Our application uses advanced analytics and NLP technology to aggregate and analyze the tremendous amount of social data, and presents it in an organized way so small business owners can effectively know what are their strengths, weaknesses, how they match up with the competition, and to improve customer satisfaction.
