Marketing action: Aedes flying in sites .gov.br

Inspired by an ancient action that did to celebrate the birthday of the Debian project[1]. Which we released virtual balloons on various sites of the project. In a short time, we release thousands of virtual mosquitoes in government websites to raise awareness of the danger of reproduction and bite of Aedes aegypti.
