Inspiration
Our inspiration was based on the challenge document given to us.
What it does
Our program will match mentors to students which have similar careers and hobbies.
How we built it
We did a frontend with HTML, Javascript and CSS and a backend done with Python and MySQL.
Challenges we ran into
The challenges we ran into were to connect both front and back end.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
We are proud of the experience we had from creating this website with a database.
What we learned
We have learned how to create an API with Flask. But also to properly connect Python to MySQL as it was something new.
What's next for MariHack Project
Hopefully next we can be better prepared and finish the project
