Actual public interface with a fictional adult portrait and AI example; no customer media.
Inspiration
The flower-bridge idea is visually elaborate, but the photograph is the reason for making a remembrance clip. I wanted an inspectable full example and clear choices about what is animated and what stays connected to the original. I develop and operate the project.
What it does
One clear adult portrait supplies the identity for a twelve-second flower-bridge request: steps into petals, a crouch, flowers gathered by hand and a portrait-frame ending. The separate Heaven Hug scene needs TWO separate adult portraits and requests ten seconds. There is also an independent decorative flower/makeup effect. The project does not include branded movie characters or footage and has no Disney/Pixar affiliation.
How I built it
Hono on Cloudflare Workers serves the product and original guides. D1 records authenticated jobs and credits. Seedance 2.0 Mini through EvoLink produces vertical 9:16 native-720p MP4s; B2 and authenticated routes handle private results. Existing accounts and credits belong to this site, separately from the sibling pet product. Original ambience is optional; a viral recorded song is not included.
Challenges
A model prompt does not enforce exact timing, face continuity or hand anatomy. A successful provider task must still survive private delivery and full playback. Another product issue was separating an ambiguous request retry from a deliberate new checkout after the replay lease expires, without granting credits twice or submitting a second model call.
Accomplishments and learning
A complete fictional-adult sample is public. The free local storyboard helper prints intended walk and hug cues; it neither reads photographs nor generates video. Public Prompt and tutorial pages teach preparation, review and a manual photo-editing alternative before explaining the paid hosted route.
What's next
Add more fictional adults for the main walk after explicit paid-test authorization, and keep measuring identity, hands and complete endings. Current one-time packs are 1/$9.99, 3/$19.99 and 5/$29.99. No subscription or guaranteed likeness. Private inputs have a seven-day window with unresolved-task exceptions, results thirty days. AI-assisted writing, facts checked October 28, 2026. Ordinary portfolio project, no hackathon participation, award, customer result or real reunion claimed.
