Inspiration

We were inspired by the UN Sustainable Goals, more specifically Goal 14 Life Below Water.

What it does

We are developing a new material that is completely biodegradable and provides a tangible solution for consumers and businesses to replace single-use plastic items.

How we are building it

By combining marine resources with technology, innovation, creativity and sustainability.

Challenges we are running into

We have an extensive and ambitious list of our product´s properties that include challenging milestones such as resistance to moisture, bacteria repellence, the efficient preservation of food items... We have checked many items on our list and are still working our way through the remainder of our criteria.

Accomplishments that we´re proud of

We are well under way in the development and design our prototype.

What we learned

Consumers are becoming exponentially mindful of packaging and its impact on the environment.
