Manju Meals - AI-Powered Dietary & Meal Management

Inspiration

Adults aged 18–45 with overlapping dietary restrictions, like low FODMAP, AIP, and gluten-free struggle to create accurate meal plans and often wonder how their food choices impact lab results and long-term health. Current AI tools frequently produce conflicting recipes and misaligned macro guidance, leaving users unsure if they’re supporting their body effectively. This let to our team to create a lightweight app where users input dietary restrictions, goals, and favorite foods.

What it does

Our AI-powered platform delivers personalized meal plans, smart recipe adjustments via OCR for online or cookbook recipes, and multi-day grocery lists, all tailored to dietary restrictions and macro goals. The platform is user friendly, time saving, and unifies calorie tracking with complex dietary management. AI generates compatible meal plans and recipes on the fly, adjusting for calories/macros.
