Make the hiring process easy, maintainable and organised in one place.

What it does

An organised and centralised dashboard with a clear overview of all contacts and their hiring process. Opportunity to HR companies to find the right candidate and connect him with companies all over the world. CV profile for each candidate that wants to share his data with HR companies.

How we built it

We started to sketch the problem that a lot of HR companies are facing and their struggle to use multiple platforms for matching the right candidate with companies. We defined our goals and started working on realising the project. Laravel is the main framework behind the platform and MySql as database for our data, frontend required some Vue skills to accomplish what we needed.

Challenges we ran into

While the process flow went fine, we faced our biggest problem, (ex.) what happens when an HR tries to find a candidate that needs to have ((PHP or Python) and Javascript) as their skills, should he check all the profiles that include one of this skills?!

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We made it possible for the HR to write the query exactly as i have written above in a single field and it will profile a FIT percentage of each of the candidates and sort it from the best fit. We had to generate the query code from the query search from the HR.

What's next for Mangosoft HR

Grabbing jobs from multiple online platforms online and providing information to HR-s who fits better in which job, so they can focus on their job and filter the fitted candidates easy and faster.
