Our project Elena is a personal shopper assistant for Mango clothing brand. Prior to the creation of the bot, data preprocessing and exploratory data analysis was performed, to ensure fully understanding of the datasets.
Our approach for chat bot was to embed the items (pieces of clothing) with their features with the aim of later performing semantic search using langchain and llamaindex frameworks. We finally developed a web simulating the actual Mango where we have implemented our chatbot Elena to showcase its application as a customer service chatbot that enhances users experience.
