We were inspired by how difficult it can be for people to explore and understand data using traditional tools like Excel or Python. Data science often feels exclusive, locked behind technical skills that many never get the chance to learn. Our goal was to change that, to create a playground where anyone can discover data science through curiosity and play. We built a human-centered, drag-and-drop web platform using React, TypeScript, and FastAPI that lets users clean, manipulate, and visualize data through an intuitive, interactive canvas. Users can perform tasks like data cleaning, imputation, multiple linear regression, and time series analysis, all while receiving clear, guided explanations that reveal the reasoning behind each transformation. By blending simplicity with depth, our tool empowers people to understand not just what the data shows, but why. This approach turns analysis into a creative and educational experience, helping students, creators, and professionals alike build data literacy and drive positive change in their communities through informed decision-making.
