Tired of waiting in line to clock in at work at the start of a new shift? ManagerTime is practical for businesses as the employees can clock in from their phone and get right to work;thus saving time and increasing productivity.

This app allows employees to register with personalized pin numbers and clock in/out using voice recognition from their own phones instead of punching in on one designated office time clock. Employees can record their paid time, including overtime and double time by using a stopwatch-like interface.

Other convenient features include an alarm clock, option to step out for lunch, edit time (when you forget to clock in/out) and the ability to request time off or swap work hours with co-workers. Simply swipe your hours into your co-worker's schedule to swap.

Work can be social; employees can "add" co-workers to their group and allow them to see their schedules in order to request a trade a work day. The employer has the ability to log into the app to approve or deny requests with a signature using their own handwriting;which is not excepted unless it matched the employees handwriting style. The employers can also upload work schedules and edit them in real time.

The AllJoyn SDK framework enables interoperability among connected devices such as the point of sale system (POS), office PCs, and employee's smartphones.

When they submit their reports by e-mail, the app includes an attachment that can be imported into Quickbooks by swiping the pile of files.
