We took inspiration from family and friends who had recently gone through dealing with property changes and investments, alongside our own personal interest in following the property market and hoping to enter soon-ish.

Centralised platform for end-to-end management of investment properties, tailored for landlords specifically.

Next.js — frontend framework Tailwind CSS + shadcn/ui — styling and UI components Vercel — hosting and deployment Neon — serverless Postgres database Auth.js — authentication Drizzle ORM — database queries
Challenges we ran into
Dealing with Auth after we had already created users without passwords in the database. Finding deep research.
