The algorithm is managing traffic light (using a camera sensor )
How we built it
we have used Tensorflow API and Anylogic For Data analytics and simulation
Challenges we ran into
To adapt the application to work in the real-life conditions (lack of equipment and the constraint of paying services that must be used)
Accomplishments that we're proud of
- detected object (cars) and get data from Tenserflow API
- simulate a reality of one traffic problem on the simulator Anylogic and use an example of data analytics
- optimization can reach up to more than 12 minutes for vehicles in each intersection
What we learned
how to retrieve data from the camera then apply to data analytics to take a decision
What's next for I-34-Manage Traffic in an exceptional period of the Hajj
deploy our solution in real life condition in order to improve its accuracy and its reactivity
