Inspiration

I got inspiration from the people who live in the United States and they guided me also helping me in the projects that I should take part in especially those involved more Tech End work.

What it does

As I mentioned in my description that my project contains two parts. Both the parts do the same job measuring temperature but both of the program's readings are different. When I used the thermosistor the reading was not accurate because it was measuring the temperature of the wires and breadboard. When I used the DHT11 which is my second program, in this module the readings were quite accurate and it was measuring the temperature of the room.

How we built it

I used Thermosistor and Jumped wires along with a resistor and arranged all of these components in the correct order to the Arduino. Then I used the Arduino IDE which is a Text-Editor only for Arduino in C++ language. In my second program, I used a DHT11 sensor instead of a Thermosister and retyped the program and compiled it and then the readings were shown.

Challenges we ran into

The biggest challenged that I faced was assembling the parts and compiling the program. because in my first module a number of Syntax errors were shown.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

In the second Module when I used the DHT11 sensor it was showing the accurate readings of the room temperature.

What we learned

I learned a new technique that if there is no thermometer at home we can use this as a spare one also this is not that tough as we expect.

What's next for Making A Digital Thermometer using Arduino UNO-R3

I have few more projects for Arduino such as a Hand-robot and a Motion Sensor which will be made in the coming weeks.
