Inspiration
We were inspired by a man who told us during the opening talk that his generation is the most at risk of losing their jobs to AI. That moment made us realize we want to build a platform that protects people like him — a tool that shields them from the threat of AI and gives them a clear reskilling plan.
What it does
SkillGuard 2030 is an AI platform that protects workers 45+ from digital obsolescence. It analyzes a person’s job from their CV, LinkedIn profile, text, predicts how their role will change by 2030, and calculates the risk of automation. The platform identifies missing skills, generates a personalized 90-day reskilling plan, and explains all recommendations in a human-friendly way to build trust in AI. It also measures each user’s “trust score” to adapt the communication style so older generations feel safe and supported.
