Make Love

Inspiration

We really loved the theme of the whole hackathon which is LOVE and knew that we'll have a lot of fun in developing our project. We had a good bunch of ideas which inspired us to participate in this hackathon.

What it does

It will make you love with your studies. There is an electronic gift for your special one. Along with which there is a column from where you can choose the gift for your valentine. You can chat anonymously.

How we built it

We built it using Flask, CSS, JS, Python, socket.io, Hedera, Twilio, hosted it using linode, registed go-daddy domain-name

Challenges we ran into

Hedera was new to us all along so it was difficult for us to use that but we love to learn new things and there it is, we built what we wanted using hedera. Also time was definately a barrier so we need to hurry things up.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

+1 845 413 2326; Our Website; We are proud that what we thought of in the beginning of hackathon, we were able to develop it before the end of hackathon and some things were new but we used them, we're proud of that.

What we learned

We learnt how to use Hedera and Twilio.

Hedera

• Blockchain Tech was very new to us no-one in the team knew about it,
• we made a chat app using Hedera(blockchain) as backend

Twilio

• None of us ever used twilio before in any of the projects
• When we used twilio it was cool to see automated messages

What's next for Make Love

• We will make Make Love more of Hedera(blockchain) to improve chat feature and add more features of it
• We will make use of twilio more so that users can call us
• We will make matches system using ML
