Inspiration

Project for learning about image modification techniques in python using OpenCV.

What it does

A rudimentary Python script that captures background first and then removes objects of a specific color (in this case, a range of shades of red). Very similar to greenscreening. In the video, the phone has a .png of solid red background.

How we built it

Built in linux, written in python using OpenCV library

Challenges we ran into

Understanding how to apply features of OpenCV in the project was the most difficult part of this project
