Inspiration
We wanted to make our users' life simple by giving them a greater level of freedom in how they want their AI model to function. Furthermore, we wanted to give a platform to our users where they could make use of their creativity.
What it does
Our website contains layers of different machine learning models which can be dragged and dropped on the main screen. A user can use this to their advantage as they can combine different layers to form personalized ML models.
How we built it
We used ReactJS for our front end. We used pytorch/tensorflow to code our ML layers.
Challenges we ran into
We had some trouble syncing the different models to each other but were eventually able to solve that. We were also stuck on you.com's API integration and had some trouble in the initial setup of our program.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
We are proud that our layers integrate well and work on all test cases we used. We are also proud of how our front end turned out to be, especially because we faced issues while setting up the project.
What we learned
We learned that if we planned everything in a little more detail and started the planning stage earlier, we could have a smoother ride.
What's next for make-ai
We are planning on adding more layers in the existing Language Models. Furthermore, we are also planning to add more ML Models so that a user can have an even wider range of choice.
