Inspiration

Initial team members had different programming languages

What it does

Each user registers name their preferred language and if they want to team up User submits their input and can search for others who have similar languages

How I built it

Using netbeans form and textfields/ comboboxes as inputs for a mysql database

Challenges I ran into

Searching using a filter on mysql syntax

Accomplishments that I'm proud of

Actually making a runnable project for a hackathon

What I learned

How to bring other team members up to speed as some did not know how mysql / java worked

What's next for Major League Hackathon Looking For Group MLH LFG

Possibly next year coming back with an android version
