Predictive maintenance for non-stop production

Inspiration

This project is inspired to solve an industriel problem.

What it does

The company will have automated and real-time data. This data will be visible via a Dashboard and used to program maintenance, thus, we avoid unexpected and long stops on the production lines and we gain in productivity and of course in profitability

How we built it

We proposed to install sensors on the machines to collect real-time informations on the parameters (temperature, noise, humidity), they will be processed by the MQTT protocol, data analysis via machine learning makes it possible to give alerts relating to maintenance actions to be implemented.

Challenges we ran into

Time and Stress manegement specially when we are in the process of finding the idea.

What's next for Maintain Me

In addition to being deployable on any type of machine, this solution will make it possible to detect risks related to the physical work environment and to put in place ergonomic conditions favorable to continuous improvement in productivity.
