MailFlow was inspired by the need for smarter, more efficient email management, combining AI and automation to help users save time and streamline communication.

MailFlow is an AI-powered email browser that provides smart summarization, prioritization, automated negotiation agents, and analysis to help users manage and respond to emails more efficiently.

We built MailFlow using Next.js, React, and Google Gemini for AI integration, with PostgreSQL, Redis, and IMAP/Gmail/Outlook APIs for backend management.

We’re proud of MailFlow's ability to autonomously summarize email threads, prioritize messages, and handle negotiations, all while offering a highly responsive user experience.
