We built a smart email application designed to make sending emails simple and quick. The idea was inspired by the need to reduce the time and effort required to compose and send emails. Users can enter a Gmail address, write their message, and send the email easily from the application.
While building the project, we learned how to connect a web application with email services, handle user input, and design a simple and user-friendly interface. We also explored how AI and automation can make everyday communication more efficient.
The project was developed by combining a frontend interface with backend email functionality. We focused on making the process simple: enter the recipient's Gmail address → compose the message → send the email.
One of our main challenges was handling email delivery securely and reliably. We also had to deal with authentication, input validation, and making sure the application could handle incorrect or invalid email addresses.
Overall, this project helped us understand how AI, automation, and web technologies can be combined to create practical tools that solve everyday problems.
