Mail Sorter

  main homepage here recent 100 emails are going to be fetched

  can view full mail by clicking on view full on right ai panel and also can draft

  can generate reply with a specific tone and either draft it or directly send the mail

  once drafted we can again generate the reply and either send the mail or schedule it for future or just remove from then draft

  Here we see all the mails that we sent and draft follow up

  here we see all the ai actions and what each specific action meant and status of the action

  This part contains all the actions and stats and how much of time was saved

  The login page was designed to login with google to access the gmail

• 

  We can set the checked mails as mark as read and also delete them with ease

• 

  On hover we get three options, with delete we can delete individual mail and on hovering clock we will get time when the mail as posted

  on clicking the three dots we will get to see the description of mail in 2 ways

  when we click the detailed description we will get an ai generated long description of mail

• 

  On clicking brief description we get a very brief explanation generated by ai

• 

  the lower searchbar searches based on keywords and sender of mail

  we can also use ai to give commands like this and itll follow the command, to know more watch the video or go through the code

Inspiration - So i daily gets many emails and sometimes i face a lot of difficulties to reply them that's why i made a website to help me out.

What it does - So it will filter the mails and also generate replies with ai, drafts the mails and also sends the mails directly from the website

How we built it - I used react, tailwind css framework for frontend and also used shadcn ui library. For backend i used node.js and mongodb to store the data. I used google oauth for login authentication and google api keys for accessing the gmail and Groq cloud api keys for LLM and used llama, qwen models

Challenges we ran into - The first challenge i faced is the 503 and 429 error from LLM of gemini, so i tried to use 3 keys rotating to tackel this but still faced 503 error so i shifted to groq. The second challenge is integrating the ai in the website and got many errors while trying to solve it. Also I'm the single member of my team so working and managing everything is kind of hard and also i registered this hackathon a lot lately. And also deployment troubled me a lot especially typescript frontend

Accomplishments that we're proud of - Building a project by myself without anyones help makes me feel happy and also integrating ai inside makes me feel that i am learning a lot and proud

What we learned - Managing everything solo and working without break and with with passion and pure interest and also managing google api keys, working with google cloud console, mongodb and also proficiency in working with typescript and LLMs.

What's next for Mail Sorter - I'll also try to implement auto reply without human intervention and many other features that will help me and faced by me and others.
