City limits restructured using a fixed base airspace at elevation of 10,000 ft. Extending Coeur d’ Alene city limits to offer city services and luxury airspace through fragile ecosystem Portal@2241USA
What it does- acts as a bridge to extend city services by extending city limits with a geofence at 10,000 ft above CDA 83814 landscape. Softens costs for those services on new locations that were not included before.
How we built it - geospacial engineering
Challenges we ran into- building a plan around the existing plan to build new condominiums.
Accomplishments that we're proud of- industrializing the Clean Air/Energy Station, enacting 2241 USA as a tool to initiate progress with city officials on West Bellerive Lane, (private community) three of which are outside of city limits. And along adjacent North Idaho Centennial Trail through Riverstone Park & Mahogany Park (condominiums) to ensure services and saving over 100,000 in initial hookup fees and water permissions that would base charge 1.5 times city costs monthly, plus extra hookup and startup fees for each resident- offering spaces as a luxury amenity to the Airpark allows the StanCraft Jet Center to offer these places along with a high end amenity status-
The West Bellerive construction is still underway. With any resolution the Mahogany Airpark will be allowed service by 2241 USA Industrial Real Estate to help with first time move in cost.
