MagniClinic Flow

Inspiration

We got inspired by our visits to our public clinics ,our communities lack effectiveness as they take way too much time to help patients which increases the number of people that get sick but still choose not to go to clinics because they do not get the help they need in time, we stand very long lines just to see the doctor . We think clinics should be the most effective places as they offer help to make people to get back to being healthy and as we know everyone has a total right access health care .The primary place we go to when we are sick is a clinic and this is exactly why a clinic should be a reliable place and this is why we thought of our system to increase the effectiveness and ensure patients get help when they need it.

What it does

MagniClinic Flow will change the paper based system in public clinic and make it online based ,ensuring that the is no mix up in patient files and the is no duplication in the patient data ,it will ensure that every patient information gets stored in a centralized online platform that will be fully backed up and accessed whenever it is needed to ensure integrity and consistency of the information. MagniClinic Flow will also allow self-servicing ,a patient will simply use our system in installed in a front kiosk in the clinic to sign themselves in, the MagniClinic Flow system will generate a unique patient card with a bar code for a specific patient so that a patient can only just scan their bar code when they visit the clinic. Scanning their bar code will allow assign them a room number to a specific doctor. MagniClinic Flow basically is to increase the effectiveness by decreasing the long lines we stand just to receive help
