Seeing people in my life struggle to maintain good health, and the very same people easily become addicted to video games and lose hope in improving their health toward a better life. My aim in the current project was to create such an app which makes adopting a better lifestyle as exciting as playing video-games. Most health apps now have a very traditional and require subscriptions to allow users toward a better health. However, my plan was to make this journey more exciting and instead of asking users to pay for extra services which most users don't we plan on running ads for in-game items like massage gun protein powder and so on.

As this was only a 24-hour project, we were able to make a front-end to take basic user details and a back-end to look up food items from a database and check for health indexes. Right now, the game's core has been built to be used as a basic health-tracking device.

We imported multiple java packages on the backend for conducting and ran basic health statistics metrics to calculate the level of health. The front end takes an input of all the basic variables needed to compute the information to run health checks, and the backend computes the information.

Initially using APIs and looking up data proved to be a challenge, but it was soon overcome with my abundance of work. Although my teammates responsible for integrating front-end and backend did not show up on the day of the hackathon and were unsuccessful in doing their job. Therefore integrating frontend and backend proved to be the most challenging

Being able to integrate APIs and use multiple packages in java. Learning about frontend, backend, and data wrangling. These are accomplishments I am most proud of.

To choose teammates and delegate them tasks wisely and collect them in a timely by taking regular reports.

Improve people's health and impact their lives in a meaningful way
