NODEZ
We wanted to choose a technology that we were unfamiliar with. We decided to use Node.js and Socket.io to create a multiplayer web app.
We didn't have enough time to polish the graphics or gameplay, but we got some of the core aspects done, like having two clients communicate to each other over a third computer (server, live updates).
We learned a lot over just 24 hours about Node, Express, Sockets, JavaScript, and many other web aspects.
HOW TO RUN
Clone the Git repo Install Node server Install Socket.io with NPM Install Express.js with NPM Start Node server and set your IPV4 in the app.js constant variable Go to the localhost or IP that you set in your browser
