This is a macros calculator. It calculates how many calories, grams of protein, carbs, and fat you eat in a day based on telling the program what you ate that day. It will also tell you if you lost weight today or gained muscle based on what you ate and whether you told the program if you exercised today. This is a simple way to see if you are eating right or losing weight.
