Inspiration

Analyze which tools will be used by the manufacturing personnel and place those tools near to those personnel This is one of the major aspects of kaizen/ six sigma. Concept is "workers should not spend a lot of time searching for tools. This reduces productivity"

What it does

analyzes 1) Which personnel is using which tool frequently. How much time is the worker spending time searching for the tool? Can it be improved? 2) Has the worker placed the tool back in its location? If not issue an alert.
