Inspiration

As an International College student I like to be productive, and use my time wisely. When registering for classes, I fell there is so many factors you need to take into account like professors, clubs time, eating time and even walking distance. So why Ai does not do that.

What it does

Takes class information from a data base, and create all the schedules posible with the classes selected. It will give a weight based on the quality of professors you get, how hard is the class. So at the end you get a recommendation on which one to choose.

How we built it

I built it using Lovavble ai and cursor

Challenges we ran into

Algorithm reseting constantly, clases not showing when they are supposed to, and time constrains.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

I am proud that I came up with an idea that can help many other college students make their life easier.

What we learned

I learned that a good vision of a product its more important than actual coding. Huge thanks to Rafael Hernandez who lent me his computing power during HackJam this would be possible without his support.

What's next for MacadamiaAI

Launch an app, make agreements with colleges and universities around the world so students can better manage their time.
