What it does
Moves and adjusts a light using a robot arm
How we built it
The robot was built using wooden sticks, hot glue, duct tape, electrical tape, DC motors, wheels, motor controllers, a breadboard, jumper wires, and an Arduino board.
Challenges we faced
Constructing the robot using parts we could find or buy at the store, combining components using different methods in order to not damage the IEEE loaned parts was the most difficult part. There were also many difficulties with weight and space management, especially center of mass and the speed and strength of the motors.
