Inspiration
It was during the covid times that i realised that due to the large lines in hospitals people were not getting chance to get their diseases diagnosed. On this i realised that some of these diseases can be diagnosed with the help of Artificial Intelligence
What it does
It takes in necessary data including symptoms and scans to predict conditions related to lung ,breast cancer, glaucoma , uveitis , and other heart diseases.
How we built it
I made the ai models with tensorflow and pytorch and using django as the backend i made a web app that allowed users to interract with the models and get their diseases detected.
Challenges we ran into
There was lack of proper datasets and hence i needed to make good dataset using augmentation and other techniques.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
Finally all the features especially the cataract features work, which i am most proud of.
What we learned
I learned how to use git and the use of django as the backend.
What's next for M_POWER
Next i hope to incorporate the detection of other lung diseases like bronchitis and lession detection.
